We provide secure, covered storage for boats, RVs, campers, trailers, and other large recreational vehicles. If your vehicle fits within our unit dimensions, we can store it.
All of our covered units are 12 feet wide, 50 feet deep, and 14 feet tall, providing plenty of space for most RVs, boats, and trailers.
Yes! You can store multiple vehicles as long as they fit comfortably within your unit and do not extend beyond your assigned space or block access areas.
Access is available 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Access outside of these hours can be arranged with prior permission.
Storage is available on a month-to-month basis, giving you flexibility to store for as long or as short as you need.
Security & Safety
Our facility is fully fenced, well-lit, and equipped with gated access and 24/7 video surveillance. We take pride in keeping your property secure.
Standard access hours are 8 AM to 8 PM daily. After-hours access may be available with management approval.
We recommend maintaining your own insurance policy, but we can provide information on optional storage insurance coverage if desired.
Amenities & Electrical Use
Each unit is equipped with dedicated power access, allowing you to maintain your vehicle’s battery while in storage. Please note that while power is provided, battery tenders are not included with the units.
Campers may be plugged in for interior lighting only while you are present.
Campers cannot remain plugged in or left on when unattended.
Heat, appliances, or other electrical usage is not permitted during storage.
Light maintenance, such as checking tire pressure or fluids, is allowed. However, no major repairs or mechanical work are permitted inside the units.
Reservations & Payments
You can reserve your space online, by phone, or in person. Units are limited and often fill quickly, so early reservation is recommended.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and automatic monthly payments for your convenience.
Yes! Simply contact us before your next billing date to modify or cancel your reservation without penalty.
Miscellaneous
Yes, we offer multi-month and annual prepay discounts. Ask about current offers when you reserve your space.
Yes—if both fit comfortably within the 12′ × 50′ covered unit, you’re welcome to store them together.
